Number Restrictions

In-line with

Scottish Government Guidelines for Level 1

We are restricted to party attendees being no more than

8 Adults and up to 10 children, from 3 separate households.

Schools & Groups

School groups can book a session according to their own 'bubbles'

of up to 20 children with appropriate adult supervision.

Party Themes and Add-Ons

Give your party the Wow factor, and book an amazing Tipi Picnic Party,  decorated in one of our fun themes for only £40 extra!

(Book a party, pay £40 deposit, then select theme and any other 'Add-On' after booking online via our e-mail confirmation to you.)



Our Tipi Adventure Party is decorated with your birthday adventurer in mind, whether your guests enjoy meeting at base camp to plan the next game, or relish it as a quiet place to picnic is entirely up to you, but a great adventure awaits for your special celebration. 

The party room is set up with our authentic Tipi Tent, decorations, soft-furnishings, rugs, atmospheric light show and a table to lay out your party food.

Our Tipi Carnival Party is a bright, colourful and fun classical party theme that puts you in the festival mood. The atmosphere created with coloured flags, banners, cushions and parasol is one of pure joy, and  takes you back to simpler times of celebrations up the Glen.

The party room is set up with our authentic Tipi Tent, decorations, soft-furnishings, rugs and a table to lay out your party food.

Our Tipi Garden Party is a pretty pastel, flowerful, and fun party theme, creating a sun-drenched picnic atmosphere with a Boho feel.  The cotton bunting, pretty flower garlands and fairy lights will give your special person and guests a fabulous luxury experience.

The party room is set up with our authentic Tipi Tent, decorations, soft-furnishings, rugs and a table to lay out your party food.



Add-on eco-friendly palm leaf and bamboo tableware for effortless style.

Includes a plate, bowl, knife, fork, spoon, cup and colour theme serviette. £1.50 per setting.

You can book and confirm numbers on confirmation email after booking.

'Party at the Den' package is......


A team member meets & greets you and assists with the smooth running of the party, helping you with the setting up and decorating of the party room.

also included is ...

  • FREE admission for all grown-ups.

  • FREE admittance voucher for the next visit by the birthday boy or girl if they are a Friend of the Den.

  • Under 1’s are FREE and don't count towards maximum numbers, but do count towards 3 households!

  • Exclusive  play with your friends in our innovative and fun Adventure Zone & Garden (don't forget wet weather gear and wellies!).

  • Designated party room to use throughout the whole session.

  • Food, cake, candles, party tableware  and decorations supplied by you so you get exactly what you want for the birthday boy or girl!

  • A constant supply of water and squash throughout the party.

Usual rules of play apply.

Scavenger Hunt Map

Treasure Hunt

If booking one of our Tipi Party's, we will organise a totally unique and fun Treasure Hunt for your guests at the end of your party.  An amazing way to complete your celebrations!

Included in the price of the Themed Party!

You need only supply prizes for games, and well take care of the organising.

We don't offer catering for parties, we think this leaves you lots more options to choose the food, cake and candles entirely in your own style and budget.

We may be able to help with local catering suppliers, please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will always be on hand for advice, ideas and practical help anytime before and during your party, helping to make sure it's the celebration you want it to be.


All Party bookings must be made a minimum of three weeks in advance,

with a £40 deposit, whichever party package you have chosen.

This is completely refundable if you cancel your booking a minimum of three weeks before the party.

We will then contact you with confirmation, and discuss any further themed party requests.
